  Visited this place a few weeks ago. Prices are reasonable, & restaurant is clean. Had the pork chops plate. Along with rice & beans. They weren't the best pork chops I've had. Tasteless & kind of small. Chips & salsa while you wait on your order was really about the only thing I found appetizing. However what I like about the place is the dinning area has a cafeteria style. They got booths, the only problem is though a lot of the seats are ripped or torn & should be replaced. I didn't want to sit in one of those. I finally found a good one. I was going to get 1 to 2 extra pork chops because I didn't feel I had enough to eat. & waited 20 to 30 minutes after finishing my meal & my waitress did not return to check on me. I haven't tried the other stuff. Hopefully the enchiladas or burgers will be better if I do decide to come back. I ate a second time before leaving town, went to Burger King shortly after leaving here.

  I stepped outside my comfort zone and had authentic Mexican food. This is kind of a hole in the wall but it is what it is and when you take that into consideration, I gave it 5 stars because I felt the food was authentic and very good and the service was spot on. This was not the typical Mexican restaurant where the food is exactly the same as the restaurant down the street ----- worth a visit

  Well I waked in. Sat down. Then waited, waited almost 5 minutes. Then a costumer that came in after me. Was approached first. Thought places like this are first come first served????? I cant stand places like this.. don't even know why I walked in. Very commercial. Went down to the family-owned place next door. Was very good and felt at home.

  This is my favorite Mexican restaurant on the planet earth.. Food is far more flavorful than any other place I have eaten in south Texas. My family and I drive from 3 town over to eat her passing up all the other restaurants that cant compare.

  Draft beer was cold. I ordered a bean and egg taco. Service was good. They toasted tortilla to my preference. Please check your bill since sometimes the cashier will not show you the correct amount.
